In today’s world, we hardly take time to talk to our loved ones, so expecting to have a conversation with ourselves is almost impossible.

Failing to communicate with ourselves is a fundamental reason for the mental complications we face today, such as insecurity, self-doubt, unrealistic expectations, misunderstandings, and more. Well, most of the time we didn’t know how to communicate with ourselves. This is where our “thoughts” become essential. In our observation, “thoughts” serve as the ideal means of self-communication.
Unintentionally, millions of thoughts wander through our minds. These thoughts can range from our relationships, careers, decision-making, family dynamics, childhood trauma, emotional triggers, expectations, overthinking, and more. Unfortunately, many of these thoughts remain unaddressed because we often hesitate to discuss them.
